What is LT and TL in the "2 years of LT/TL experience"? Or is it a typo and they meant to put LTL experience?
Pretty disappointing if they're saying OTR dry van/reefer experience doesn't count. Although I guess the good companies can afford to be choosy.Lumper Humper Thanks this. -
Depends on terminal. In my area OD doesn’t require 2 years LTL experience because they need drivers here. Just try and apply

I think it's just for the bonus. OD hires with 1 year of OTR experience. There trying to poach other companies LTL drivers.

Yes, that number is legit. I work for another LTL company and I don't think very many of our drivers made less than that last year. Solo, home daily.Last edited: Mar 18, 2021

It depends on your run and how far you go. I run a pretty distant peddle and am looking at 60 hours by end of day tomorrow.
