Do you know if the BOC-3 form renews with the insurance renewal? I used the same agency for the insurance renewal that I used at the beginning for my start up process. Now, I process a lot of paperwork myself. But some things most likely renew automatically. I didn't ask my agent. But do you renew the BOC-3 yourself separately from your insurance agency or it is processed by your insurance agent like other insurance forms like a Form F, etc. Some of these forms I believe are sent to your home state as well by your insurance agent?
I am not clearly understanding what's the full role of your insurance agency when it comes to forms.
Do you have to file forms like BMC-91, Form I, Form F yourself? Or your agency mails the forms to your state and DOT every year.

Yes OOIDA does mine. I am actually not sure who does it if not with OOIDA.
I have been with them from day 1 and never really need them but I do know that they do this at least.The Big T Thanks this. -
And for what you pay ooida for yearly dues, pretty much is what you would have paid anyone else to file the BOC 3. Some agents of process wanted more. So, that alone is worth the yearly dues.
