I can t believe its been two weeks since I posted. The last time I posted, I was headed to Escondido, CA. Well after Escondido, I headed to El Centro then to Tracy. On the way to El Centro, if you look on our FB page, and look at the video " California Close Call" that was my truck in the video. That car was a split second from a disaster as well as the driver if they were outside the truck. Then the next day just down the road there was that deadly accident a few weeks ago

After Tracy, I picked up in Napa, the Burbank, WA, then back to Grand Forks. Did a reset, loaded in Fargo and went to Reno. From Reno, I went to Sparks then over to Oakland, from Oakland over to Modesto, and back to Grand Forks. Now I m in Fargo doing a reset, and picking up in the AM going to Dalton, GA.

By Friday, I willl have ran 7300 miles in 2 weeks.

There are supposedly some good things that are coming our way, by talks with reliable sources within the company. I cannot give any further details just yet. However, they will be testing out deer guards on the 22 model Freightliners, and we re still waiting on the new trailers to come in.

This reset is well needed lol.

 

Hey BigKev I believe you said you live in Alabama. I hope you and your house and everyone in and around the Anniston terminal is safe and sound with all the tornadoes hitting you guys. Stay safe.

 

Thanks, I haven t heard anything yet. Hopefully if freight is dead this weekend, I ll bounce the 110 miles home and check on everybody

 

Wife and I are finally getting a taste of team driving. Love it so far. Nothing beats AL, MI, OH, MI all in 24 hrs.

 

This is my fuel receipt. The clerks usually ask if this is the correct truck number. Today the lady asks "BS?" "It sure is," I replied. She hit me for that one.

 

Sorry, but I'm calling BS on that one, lol.

 

In Fargo, will meet the GF crew tomorrow.

 

Do they import drivers from overseas

 

After I delivered in Dalton, GA, I got sent to Gainesville to West Fargo. I deliver in West Fargo in the am, then either pick up in West Fargo, or take this empty reefer back to the yard and get a load to PA just depending on when the appt is.

I m here at this rapidly going down hill Flying Junk in Fargo. I may go over to customer and spend the night there. I seen a few of you pass by my truck, and some have been here since I got here.

 

We're at the Flying J in Fargo debating on where to eat dinner tonight. I must have missed your truck when i pulled in.
