New Radio!!!

You're still pushing that? It's not going to happen. You could just get a Bafang hand held radio for under $100 and be able to use it for anything, including GMRS.

 

Not because noise and performance, but because nobody has anything of value to add. The only thing you'll want it for is for road reports, and most GPS these days give that. Cell phones killed the CB and mobile radio. They're not going to another radio.

 

My Radio with a sweet 16 still rockin,
Will always have a CB. Still lots of places with no cell service. Have seen CB radios that have saved drivers lives when down in a ravine or off a snowy bank and hurt and couldn’t find phone Or didn’t have signal. CB radio saved that ###.
Not sure about these new fangled radios

 

the shower shoe jockeys will save their money for foot surgery, while the REAL truckers will have a cb radio, on most of the time even if the squelch is up high

 

How far do you get with the sweet 16..Not talkin skip but radio to radio..

 

Saw a episode of bone head truckers on youtube...Showed the feet of some fellas and HOLY SWEET MOTHER OF GOD the state of some of those guys feet...Nails a cpl i ches long,sores and scabs and cracked feet...Enough to make a fella hurl..
