Does anyone have any experience with cdl Disqualification not suspension? Will the 60 day disqualification show up on a mvr? The tickets that caused the violation are already over 3 years old so they don't effect insurance rates.
One tickets is from 2015 the other ticket is from 2016.

Would those disqualifying offenses be DUI???

I think a mvr is like ten bucks. Could just get it and see what's on it.

Speeding.
his court date hasn't happened yet.
Anybody know the statue of limitations on how far back they can go. This doesn't seem right.slow.rider Thanks this. -
If there is no court date, it hasn't happened yet. Everything goes off conviction date. No conviction date can be the date he plead guilty by paying the fine also.

Three years ago and no court date? I must be missing something.
86scotty, ZVar, Wasted Thyme and 3 others Thank this. -
Lol. I know it. Might have had a court date and he didn't go. I'd be checking for a bench warrant at this point.86scotty Thanks this.
