    The only Ranger radios I like are the 2950/2970 series, and the Superstar line. The rest of them I am not too impressed with performance wise, but that is just me. Then again its about the same as the newer Galaxy DX 98VHP but for some reason, I have not heard a Ranger radio sound as good as a Galaxy.

    10 meter radio ? I had a 6900 for a long time it was a good radio. But I never used it on 11 meters, non modified.
