XPO 401k Match

    Can anyone share information on the 401(k) match with XPO?

    What I know: When an employee contributes 5% of their salary the company will match “it” with 4%.

    What I do not know: Is the matched 4% on the contribution or 4% of employee salary?

    If you put in 5%, the company will put in an additional 4%.

    if you grossed 1000$ for a week, 50$ of that would go to 401k and the company would also deposit 40$ into the 401k
