What's your truck number? Maybe I can say howdy and let the air out of your tires?
bigkev1115 and Lonesome Thank this. -
The new trucks have comfortable memory foam. With another 3" on top it's almost as good as my bed at home.

Do you know if that company have ever looked for drivers outside the USA , thanks Sir

Good luck on getting selected to be a trainer here. Eventhough, I ve trained at previous companies, I still had to put in 126,000 miles before even being considered to be a trainer here. S&S is very picky when it comes to trainersRampageGNS Thanks this.

Hey at least that means I should be trained very well. Way better than the megas coming into school recruiting literally pitching a pathway to being a trainer after 3-6 months depending on the company. Kind of scary how not picky some companies are about trainers to be honest. Least I know you and hotrod will be willing to help out if questions pop up once I’m out there on the road.Lonesome Thanks this.

After I delivered in West Fargo yesterday, I went to the yard, dropped my reefer, grabbed a van, and went to turn in my paperwork. As soon as I walked in, I met @Sir and his wife. I m surprised he knew who I was when I walked in. I had tried to meet @hotrod1653, he said he was there but I did not see him.
I went over to the mill down the street, loaded for PA, and now sitting at the last service plaza in Ohio, and doing a reset. I deliver Thursday at 1300. More than likely, I will probably get sent to Exton, then back to Grand Forks, and hopefully get that long run, unload and reload, and deliver 15 minutes from the house and go home for the weekendLonesome Thanks this. -
Some of these trainers can be A holes. I don t yell or cuss at you. I coach you. However, when a student replies "Yeah, I know" I just sit there and don t say a word. I let you get in a rut, and stop you just enough to avoid getting yourself in a deeper rut. And I ll let you figure it out, then once you get frustrated, I laugh and ask I thought you knew lol.
Then I coach you out of the rut. And needless to say, I never hear that phrase come out of a student s mouth ever again while training lolLonesome, 88 Alpha and RampageGNS Thank this. -
Haha understandable. Nobody will hear “yeah I know” out of my mouth that’s for sure. I know enough to know I don’t know #### yet. Not going to fret too much about it. I’ll get the trainer I get and just know to be humble and listen take in all the information I can.bigkev1115 Thanks this.
