Masks in yard while untarping LOL

Me: Wake up at 6am and build air. Roll through shippers gate. Climb on deck to start untarping. Tow motor rolls up. I say good morning man!

Him: Do you have a mask.

Me: Yes in my truck.

Him: You need to have it on.

Me: I don't wear a mask outside period.

Him: The boss says you have to.

Me: Go get em.

Him: He is over in that building but you can't go in.

Me: Do you want the load or not because I will eat 2k right now and return it to Ohio AND be ###### (won't let me use profanity correctly) to eternal hell before I wear my mask in the rain outside while untarping a load. I will put it on when you sign the BOL but that is it.

Him: Sorry man it is not me it is the owner.

Me: That is why I want to see him face to face to tell him that it isn't going to happen. Do you want the load or not?

Him: Ok man.

This was in New York and the very first time I have ever heard anything so absurd. It just won't fly with me and never will.

I am getting to the point where my list of places I won't go is getting as long as the places I will go.

Jeesh even the Fed exempts truckers in their trucks!
