It means he's calling bs on the amount of money you can make at UPS. I knew a sleeper team driver that made 22 - 24 hundred a week on a 4 day week

 

Depends on your goals i suppose. Dont misunderstand me i worked for the usps making $140k a year and wanted to eat some freedom seeds at the end of my time there just because i hated the work, the job and especially the people so #### much. So i understand your point. Hell i even literally just went O/O because i hate making someone else rich and want to try my hand at it. And i consider myself insane for doing so.

I said he would be insane for wanting to do it. Not that its a bad thing just need to establish your goals.

 

Got it. I worked with a senior sleeper team driver that made $160,000 my last year at Buster in 2012. He worked a lot of extra work then. Now some team drivers make $3,000 on their bid job and extra work is available much of the year. Some people can’t fathom a truck driver making $100,000 but there is much more available for the right driver at the right company.

 

I almost feel like a Hipster now Dawg now that I know what CAP means. If this slacker can make $147,000 any moron at full scale at UPS can. I can call him that because he is one of my better friends and my old co driver.
