ISX fuel slobber

This about a month of running and not steaming the engine. You can see it’s definitely coming from exhaust port, the closer I look a few of them are doing it. Naturally all of whatever that liquid is runs to the back out of the block then down. It won’t make a spot on the ground at all even if I idled all night. It’s just makes that corner yucky after a few weeks or month.

am I being too #### anal? Just wanna catch an issue before I have it. Oil analysis look good, truck pulls good. Wiped some off today, looks more like oil than fuel to me. Maybe both who knows.
