    Dabs,
I know that you ride, Just getting your thoughts on it.
I would guess that you are a help with paperwork, keeping all that kind of stuff in order. My wife is the care taker of all the bills and stuff, she is far more organized than I am at that stuff. THat is kinda our plan. But there is only so much of riding along b4 one would get board. What do you do with your time? Also I seen you have your CDL permit, do you plan to go team, if so how would that work there at JCT do you think. Would you have to go out with another company to get that year experiance. My wife and I are still throwing this idea around. I feel that JCT would be a good fit for us, but where I am at now would let me train her to drive. Actually I would send her out (after school) with a trainer/finisher (female) first, that way I don't teach her my habits. But then again, not to keen about the direction we are going now, miles seem to be going down, company going to more regional type stuff.
I'd make the move soonest if it were totally up to me.
    Anybody got any thoughts?

I am an artist as well... so I sketch and paint what I can while bouncing along the roads. Mind you, what I produce are studies for professional paintings to be done at a future date. I do help with the paperwork, organizing, social secretary, bills, etc. I also take photos... lots... I read various books. We do not have plans for me to drive at this time as I would have to go somewhere else for a year... somehing neither of us want. We couldn't afford not to go ahead and make the move to JCT.I am always looking for something to keep me busy.Hope this helps!

I would be happy to do this from my perspective (wife of JCT driver) ... as best I can, though I would like to encourage the other drivers to post a day in the life, etc. as well.

Shall I include things like the guy who was asking for money tonight as he "drove" by the parked trucks instead of walking... stopping at each one with a driver??? :/

I do have a Facebook page, but it is very confusing to me, so I rarely post there. I keep a blog up (http://artbydabs.wordpress.com/) and a Flickr account as I can store all my photos there. :)
