So you got the shot?
I went into CVS Sunday just before pharmacy closed to pick up my wife Medicine and pharmacist asked if I was vaccinated yet? I asked for what and he said COVId? I said know and he asked if I wanted the shot. Someone didn’t show up for theirs. Moderna 2 shot. I thought for a minute and decided to take it. If it protects my wife who has immunity issues and my 80 year old mother it is worth a third eye or arm or whatever lolol. I was then able to schedule my wife for Sat and both of us have follow up shots the 25th.
I had the chills Sunday eve and a sore arm but that is about all.
I think whoever doesn’t want the vaccine should be able to say no and a vaccine passport is the dumbest thing know to man. #### the politics of it all.

I had rona about a month ago. Being type 2 I was able to get an infusion at the hospital. I'm not sure if I'll get a vaccine at this point.jamespmack, cke, clausland and 4 others Thank this.

One guy I called says yeah I got one. Idk what it is cause the tags gone. Truck was running every day till it got laid over. I'll take 4k for it. I thought I'll pass considering I can get a rebuilt one for 4500 if I had a core. Or if whatever core I find is in good enough shape I can have bearings, input shaft, and synchro done for 2k. I'll be ###### if I buy yours for 4k then have to spend an extra 2k to get it rebuilt or 4500 to get a known good 18918
But im hoping to get mine working so that I do have that luxuryGatordude, jamespmack, cke and 7 others Thank this. -
True. We kept using those boxes a lot longer than we should have. You had to be real smooth and kind of baby them along if you were loaded heavy and starting from zero on a steep pull. If got impatient you'd find out where the weak point in your driveline was.
For today's engines the 18 is really all you need.Gatordude, jamespmack, cke and 5 others Thank this. -
I got an 18. Yeah there's so many way to run it. Rocket it along 10 speed when bobtail. I hardly ever use the same sequence depending on load.Flint1, jamespmack, cke and 8 others Thank this.

Well I guess they must be holding the boat. Been on the phone all day trying to get a repower for the last 600 miles of this load. Needs to be there by 1000 tomorrow in Oakland. But it's still hooked up to my truck. Getting up and running as soon as my 10 is up.
Math experts. Governed at 64. CA is 55 speed limit. Sitting at the petro in Kingman. Leaving at 0300. New math or old. Think that equals after 10am. LOL
And speaking of petro. All you can eat fish tomorrow for Lent. 15.99.Eldiablo, jamespmack, cke and 5 others Thank this. -
Morning. Doing a Syracuse to scranton and calling it a week. Prob be back to the yard by 8-9am. Got some family coming up for easter
Eldiablo, Flint1, jamespmack and 5 others Thank this. -
Most of the time you can run around 62 in the rural areas and CHP won't bother you. Was somewhere between King City and Paso Robles and got my doors blown off by a CHP explorer running 70 with traffic.
Populated areas you had best be dead on or below 55. Rural you can push it a bit more.dwells40, Gatordude, jamespmack and 5 others Thank this.
