I worked for Bynum for about three months--about three months longer than I should have. Low pay per mile, low miles, rude/beligerant people to work with in Auburndale-especially Gary in Safety.

I'm going to Bynum's orientation on Wednesday. I'm hoping I will like this type of trucking and the good points of pulling tanks outweigh the bad. Even if I end up hating the company I would still work for them at least a year. I will let everyone know how it goes.

Spent 2+ years at Bynum.....they will never re-pay the $400...Plan to be out 24-28 days a month...Most runs are out of Michigan dairy farms...to the east or south (ATL) dairys....Lots of time waiting to unload...but driver's mostly just drive..no load/unload..no wait pay .Equip. is OK...pay is cheap...and ther dispatch Gods "take no prisoners"..so be prepared for a lot of C.R.A.P. from them....

I lied. There is no way I will be able to work here an entire year. The people seem nice enough. Of course, I'm very passive. The wait times rival that of pulling refer or worse at times. By the time you unload, wash tank etc. you've lost an entire day. It is nothing to wait 8 hours on a tank wash. Miles aren't so great. Bynum's pay scale is shameful. Which I new that coming in. I thought since I lived in Florida and Bynum is based in Florida I would swing by the house all the time with me living in Ocala and all...Wrong!! When you leave Florida you don't see it again till your home time. The minimum I've been out is 4 weeks. And not because I wanted to be. My tanker-yanker days will be short lived. Beware of Bynum my trucking brethren....
