New truck stop in lemars iowa .

    Kwik star bought and tore down the old cenex truckstop in town on bus. 75 ...restaurant is gone and parking for about 10 trucks ...not sure about showers but it just opened and is pretty nice , just north of nor am cold storage .

    Le Mars is my hometown. Was sad to see the old truck stop get torn down (my three sisters all worked in the restaurant in high school and my niece was also working there when it got sold) but was thrilled to hear that Kwik Star/Stop was replacing it. They have amazing food and their chocolate milk is top notch lol

    When I know I will shut down in Iowa, it's always a Kwik Star. The mega stops can't hold a candle to them.
