Too anyone thinkin bout wksh its a good idea good miles good trucks ok drivers lmao

 

I'm not even officially an employee yet, but everyone I've talked with so far, from the recruiter to the drivers on this site have been topnotch. It IS a good idea to get attatched to this company....I'll get back to you on the drivers again once I start to meet them LMAO

 

War, youll like it here, unlike most other companies youll have drivers willing to take time to help you, it seems like a lot of people here look out for eachother, drivers that is.
fuelin up at truck stops, if 2 watkins trucks are fuelin at the same time, most till bs for a few mins... you could havd 5 swift trucks fuelin together, neither of them say a word to eachother... your a name here, not a number... youll like it... but dont be fooled, we do have some a-hole drivers.... like rednek for example!

 

Prayers for your Mrs. And congrats on the job offer. I cant wait to get done with my CDL school so I can get up there! I have been learning alot about trucking as a tradition and the history of it. I found a very cool group of videos on youtube called drive and deliver, highly recommend it.

 

S2B, thanks for the heads up.....I come from a very large telecommunications company who will remain nameless, lets say the initials are AT&T, and I had to deal with my share of a-hole people as well, so it shouldn't be any different here.

I like the way you leave yourself out of being an A##hole trucker. Reds a great guy. I would not at all call him an A##hole.

That is true! These are the same 4-wheelers that are talking on their cell phones and not paying attention to the fact that your lane is ending and you need to move over. Then they flip you off when you bump the line and scare the #### out of them. And were the A##holes!!

 

6309!, i was coming through the toll both in nj, and just on the other side, my lane ended, and i had to merg to the left, had a mini van in the left lane, but they had their right blinker on, and merged right over into my plan, that was no longer there, tore up the whole passanger side of their van, we pulled over, and as i was getting out with the accident pack they took off cutting off 4 lanes of traffic in the process.
thats a true a-hole!!
and I always talk on the phone, apply my make-up, do my nails, curl my hair, eat my double cheese burger, read the news paper and post on here while im driving... does that mean im an a-hole driver
