So I learned something.

It goes tank > filter > pump > second filter > head.

That was my confusion. Figured both were before of the pump.

The stuff that came out of both was black. Like really fuel diluted oil.

And that fuel looked...bad lol. Run a few mi on the new filters, pull the small one off and dump it out and see what it looks like.

 

The frame mounted one had some Grease like stuff stuck in the holes. Went to pick it up thinking it was rubber and was surprised to find that I couldn't pick it up in one piece. It might need fuel lines like @jamespmack suggested.
