Hadn't thrown a tarp myself in a long while, & going into a 25mph headwind out of Chicagoland last week, I hit a locked up coop to fiddle with mine a bit. Next thing I know, I'm on top the dang thing in the blow, & it starts raining pretty good.. lol Getting down from there in one piece, made the climb up seem easy as falling off a log..

Not a cat guy. But the one to the frame mount is junk, and why do they all look way undersized?singlescrewshaker, Flint1, Eldiablo and 4 others Thank this. -
The trailer has separate signals and brake lights, the tractor normally has combined signal and brake lights.
For your use with your KW r/v hauler I would wire tractor tail lights to a connection for a bumper pull as most bumper pull trailers only have combined and if they are separated it will still work. For a fifth wheel R/V wire the same up near the Fifth. If you keep the full-sized 5th wheel then wire a second plug to commercial standards up by the cab.clausland, singlescrewshaker, jamespmack and 6 others Thank this. -
Filters a filters a filter as long as I'm concerned as long as it's not a cheapo, same micron size, and not a Fram.singlescrewshaker, Eldiablo, beastr123 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Got the cb put in where I wanted it. Next up is making the panel to cover the hole. Bought some wood and some stain today. I figure I'll have to hit it with a couple different types of stain in order to get it to be a close match to the dash.
Ignore the wires. It's a nightmare in there of old antenna cables and cables for who knows what all.

Ok this is weird. They probably spent a million bucks designing that over head for you to put your radio in it. Why in the flying dog sheet would you mount it under the over head?

If the fuel has a slimly feel to it and the tanks are black near the bottom then you need to find a biocide fuel treatment and "shock" treat your tanks. you will need to change your tank side filter at least daily for 2 fill-ups and the engine side at least twice while you exterminate the "bugs".
This happens sometimes when the fuel sits for an extended time.clausland, singlescrewshaker, cke and 6 others Thank this. -
