I tried to retrieve a 9200 International a few yrs back for my old boss. Had a C15, it would act exactly like yours. Crank and crack, pop off on ether but never run. Fuel in the filters, zero smoke from the exhaust. Ended up having to use his wrecker to bring it back to the yard (where it still sits) and I believe he diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump.

Edit: All else fails, call the shop I recommended. He'll probably walk you through some diagnosis steps.

I'm pumping fuel. Maybe it's just not pumping well enough. I pulled the filter bleed screw and cranked it over. Fuel came out at a decent rate. I'm not sure how to diagnose a bad fuel pump either other than seeing fuel being pumped out or not.

Going to check with a local shop and see if he's got one of those pressure bleeder things I can hook to the port on the filter housing and pressurize the lines and see if it'll kick off that way.

Also give the guy you mentioned a call.

If its got air in it I have no idea where it might be.

I'm guessing this does not have a hand primer?

Well... I know folks would like to see pictures of exotic places, hot girls in skimpy bikinis, typical things from Brasil... but I had another uninteresting day...
Started at the registrar office where I stayed for 2 hrs... but got things done there...
Then I walked in the empty streets of downtown. Because of Covid lockdown, most shops were closed... except those taking the risk of being charged with a penalty... 20210408_133438.jpg

I did some lingerie shopping... But not the fancy stuff...

Oddly enough no. Going to see if I can find one on the shelf somewhere I can go get.

And... a tiny political manifestation... as usual in front of the Municipal Chamber of Rio de Janeiro. That is the unicameral legislative body of the city of Rio de Janeiro.
