Was not aware of the definition. Thank you for it. Just aware of what it is. Born 1935, farm family, some time we were down to to only 2 or 3 hams and a couple of middlings in the smoke house.
Had a lot of poke, rolls an grits back in the day...Poke my feet under the table, roll my eyes and grit my teeth. Also ate a lot of lam meat.
The kind you lam against the wall to knock the salt off before cooking.
    Hard life...

Their definition sounds like the life of an average Truckdriver.

You sure do have an affinity for I-40 traffic. Where is that? I'm heading to McCarran, NV from Houston and I'd like to make it as painless as possible.

Wait a minute...maybe I can figure it out.

Prime. Second ugliest truck. Dude's nag wondering all over the fuel island with their rat dogs while guys are waiting to fuel.

I fueled. Dude behind me fueled. I parked, got coffee, gave The OM her shot, a third dude starts fueling in the lane I was in, Prime finally starts fueling.

So I go get our bucket of chicken. As I'm walking back to the truck, the neon green / army camo family Prime wagon is two trucks over.

The APU turns on. It's blowing oil smoke 19 mofo's.

The OM is like," Ours doesn't do that."

And I was like," That one's not going to do that either for very much longer."

Couldn't have been a year old.

****Important tip- Don't add oil to APU until it comes out the fill.****

Got our appointments for the first shot on Monday. The whole State is now showing increases of the UK variant. #1 or 2 in the Nation. Hospitals are filling up. Everything’s wide open pretty much. Governor's washed her hands. Former Critics, her Opponents are now calling for partial Shutdowns. Go figure. I just hope the hidden chip in the Vaccine doesn’t interfere with my stent. Guess I can throw my tin foil hat away. Maybe get a tin foil suit. Always wanted one like they wore on Lost in Space.

my wife got her J&J shot today. She says she gets better cell reception now. That’s odd. LOL.

I’ve missed two appointments already. I’ll keep trying.

You should try going across the street sometime. Checkered Flag Bar & Grill next to Gramma's Kitchen. Used to get some really good food there. Fajitas were super.
