Apparently the battery disconnect kicked the bucket so that explains my no crank. Grounded straight to frame and it cranks over now.
I'm getting fuel out of the pressure gauge fitting now. Just no pressure on the gauge yet.

I pressured the tank like @jamespmack suggested and it pushed fuel out of the filter housing post filter and once the hose was hooked back up and tanks pressured it still wouldn't start.singlescrewshaker, cke, Eldiablo and 2 others Thank this. -
I've been in your position before, but, like the other guys said, I built air pressure in the fuel tanks to overcome the lack of flow and I was lucky enough to get the truck to start and run.

In that picture you posted earlier. Under that rubber cap is a pressure tap. Could you not rig up something to pressure bleed the system through there?

I'm not really a believer in pressurizing the fuel tanks. Pressure is equal anywhere within a confined space or system. That means you have just as much pressure pushing return fuel backwards as you do pushing fuel into the system. Stalemate.
