Just got through doing up some chicken breast cut into finger sized chunks cooked in BACON GREASE for flavor.
Should be good for Wraps, Burritos, Diced for salad topping, or made into "salad" for sandwiches.

If the price averaged under $3 per gallon after the signifiicant Landstar discounts we are looking at 10k gallons of fuel.
At an average of 7mpg (pretty sure Dave hits that number) that means he did 70K miles.
