I don't think anyone here can give you that answer, for sure. Hiring could involve a different process due to changes made or current conditions and needs. Normally, in the past, the recruiting agent should make an appointment for interview with the TM where you applied. After or during that interview you should know if your hired or not, as long as your information in application checks out.

I honestly don't think there's a hard process because the first time I got hired versus the second time when I actually took the offer, between two different terminals the processes were quite different.

I will say that you probably want to keep up with recruiting because I think they're so busy and sometimes they end up dropping the ball. I kind of feel like that's what happened with me the second time. So after I did the 100 questions with them, the next person I ended up hearing from is the terminal manager about a week later. And by that point I had almost figured they were not interested since I turned them down the first time.

I applied with Estes 2 weeks ago. My start date is April 20th. Was pretty quick but I have a solid driving history and no accidents. All endorsements, no issues.

Remove the dummy gladhand on the “Emergency” (red) side of the lead trailer, and the safety plunger will retract. Now you can put the lunette ring onto the pintle hitch.

When you off duty pc to motels how far are they typically...does.this ever cut into your 10 or count on a good 8 of sleep when factoring in bobtail from yard to motel and vice versa?

Ok the terminal manager called me and set up a date next week on the 22nd for an interview. Omg I am like now hoping to actually get on. My girl is understanding of how much I’m tired of local work.

Does anyone know what Estes rider policy is or if they have one at all?

Man, at this point unless you go in there drunk or something I think the interviews is mostly a formality.

He's probably going to tell you they're going to run your background stuff and then when that comes back you need to do the medical. At that point you've got it in the bag.

Depending what terminal you're in and couple years you could have a schedule run and be home everyday if that's your thing.
