I'm gonna get a smoker with whatever money is left over from my bathroom rescue and remodel.

I’m up to speed now. I see Dr. Flush got the same grill as I did. Always has to be a bonus in any claim. For your troubles. And higher future premiums. Lol.

 

Not going through insurance. Most of the #### I'm doing is remodel. Water damage is minor, but WHILE IT'S OPEN...lol

Oh yeah, never just a simple repair. It always gets deeper. My problem now is having all the knowledge and none of the energy needed. It was a lot more challenging and rewarding when I was first learning. Now I need a crew to Supervise, and get my projects done. I’ve gotten old and Lazy. Minds still going just as fast though. I end up biting off more than I can handle. Eventually I’ll get everything done. Just has to be in a certain order. I’ve got a lot of remodeling to do.

 

Well that's why I'm not doing it myself this time. My bedroom floor taught me a lot about how fragile and special of a snowflake I am. Lmfao

 

Remind me of this the first week of May. I'll let you guys know final figures. Lol

Now I need a roof. I’m determined to do it myself. Wife’s determined to keep me from doing it, which only make me more determined. It’s only 26x24, but waaaaay up there. I’ll never buy another 2 story house. My first and last. Makes everything harder. Even Plumbing and Electrical. I had to hoist the whirlpool tub up through the floor joists with a winch, and a thick strap, found in Truckstop parking lot.
