Those funny tail spiders are bad for your feet when you don't shake your boots and jeans, but the danger noodles are getting bad now that they aren't all rattling as much.

I saw 3 at once near Irving about 2001 roughly. That day that ft worth skyscraper had all its windows ripped off one side. I was driving on 635 W. And saw one in the distance off to the west, SW and S at the same time. I’ll never forget it.
It’s not real common, but when DFW gets one, they go TX style for sure

We also get hurricanes, don’t forget our lovely coast, ice storms that cause hundred + car wrecks, 100° days for 1/4 of the year... really it's a bad place, stay away.

I lived in Houston for 34 years. I wouldn't say that Texas is any more tornado prone than anywhere else in the South. It isn't something you go around worrying about. There was a very famous tornado in Wichita Falls back in '79 that I remember. My roommate in college was from there.

Most of the world just calls that winter. Something with those big funny hats that keeps people from realizing that the chilly white stuff is not a great place to be doing 90 mph.

Nah you're just aiming in the wrong direction. And you better get busy, because the ####### things are breeding.
