Detroit 12.7 ECM tune?

    What is the best option for a tune these days?
    I have a 2000 379 with a 470hp 12.7.
    Would like a little more power.
    Pittsburgh power has a remote location close to me. Would that be a good option?
    Any input welcomed.

    Join a Facebook Detroit Diesel group. Everyone pretty much recommends Leon Smith, Bret Valentine and Fernando at Diesel control group.
    I got a 550/1850 tune with a bigger turbo and love it. Big upgrade from the stock 430/1550 file

    I have run a Pittsburgh Power Box on my 12.7 for 5 years and am very happy with it. It feels like a different motor without the box. I don’t usually run fast but I like to pull the hills and it certainly does this well.
