No rate con no move.

Made this rule right out the gate even as a company driver paid on percentage.

he was all offended the first week or so but that was 5 years ago. Now it company policy and HIS brilliant idea.

Either way it gets done before the truck rolls.

When I first started here they would call you with the information for me to write down.... ummm.... “ just take a picture of the rate con and text it to me.”

“How do we do that? “

 

Yep, they can say you wrote down the wrong info and $$......

 

If you want to accuse them then go ahead but as you imply...it makes future working relationships more tense.
You could alternately approach it as a learning opportunity. Education is never free and you & they have something to learn. Could be they don't know that things can be misheard, mis-remembered, miscommunicated...whatever. Blame is not the goal. Clear documentation is the goal.
Or they need to learn that decent employees don't stay at cheating companies.
And now you know just like good fences make for good neighbors...likewise consistent clear documentation makes for long term business relationships.
I wish for the best possible outcomes for all parties.

Spring is here. Went out for a run tonight and I think I need a chiropractor for my neck. All the hot women have come out of hibernation apparently.

 

I wish I had room for a squat rack. For now I'll have to content myself with 190-200 lb squats for high reps until the gyms reopen. Hopefully sometime in 2021

 

Believe it or not Lol there used to be one of those Smith machines with the bench on one side and squat on the other. Got rid of that like 10 yrs ago. Was hardly any room to squat with in there

 

Or you came out of hibernation and think most women are hot? Same thing happens when you get old, just a warning.

 

I think its the fact they don't have 15 layers of clothing on anymore. Lots of sports bras and yoga pants out today. Just looking forward to beach season in another month or so.

 

I still haven't figured out what to do with the Smith machine. Just feels unnatural the way the weight moves.
