Its been good, just drive and drive hard, there will be slow times so dont expect 6000 miles every week. Good luck with your training and try to stickout the 8 months.

I would like to know about the PA training center this is the one I and my man are looking at. Also I am new (obviously) to the industry and would like any advice on how to make this an easier transition for me.

What is it like being a trainer? How are the miles?
-
miles as a trainer sucks you will get 1 maybe 2 descent weeks of miles and after that its a whole lot of sitting
-
yea i when i was with crst we sat a lot, but you have to make the best of it, im working for werner now and havent sat yet. and im loving the paperless logs

I've ran and ran since I've been wit this company. Just over 7 months. I'm on a tier 1 truck which means we've had no lates and are a team that runs fast and dependable. We did over 7000 miles last week and our first load.this week is 2000. Only thing that blows is missing my family.

yea thats the hard part is being away from home, i was a tier 2 team, our dispatcher said the only reason we werent tier 1 was cause of our exp, we never had a late load, hell we rescued loads. But night dispatch or weekend dispatch would get us into bad freight areas.

Yea that's the same with me and my gf, but trucking is the biggest test on relationships that and the military lucky for me I'm in both.
