Yeah, that is real easy to say. You think I don't want to stop? Nicotine iself isn't bad. It's like caffeine. It just got a bad rap from all the negative side effects of smoking.

I don't want to stop. Hell, I like it. If someone would just remove all the downsides, I'd be fine.

O/O I have been a smoker and have quit. It wasn't easy but I chose to quit while I had a sinus cold. During that period of time a smoke was so not what I wanted...so it gave me a head start since I didn't crave it while sick anyways.

Nicotine can lead to other health issues...so can caffeine.

Just google electronic cigarette or go to any tobbacco shop and they should sell it. Or I can sell you mine for $30. I paid $60 for it. Includes the full package in original box, with two batteries, charger and 6 brand new cartridges, that my mouth never touched. I dropped the habit all together so want to sell it. Let me know if you are interested. You can paypal me the money and I'll send it out to you.

I was thinking that I must have been in a negative mood thinking about my post's today. Turns out I agree with you completely. I started smoking my I was pre-teen thanks to a big brother who figured if he made me smoke I could not tell on him, anyhow I smoked 2 to 3 packs a day for, well probably from 17 years old till I was 45. After trying to quit more times then I care to admit finally a dear friend told me the truth also. As long as you keep trying to quit you never will because your using the "ITS HARD" as a crutch. You have to stop smoking, and move from being a smoker to being a non-smoker, when you can say I Quit, I do not smoke anymore. And when you thinks its to difficult just think of me dragging a oxygen bottle around breathing thru a 1/4" tube. Which is more difficult. I have not had another cigarette, and I won't lie to you reading this. There are times when they smell really good and at times equally bad. There are times that I still want to smoke, but the longer you refrain from smoking the easier it gets.

All this #### they try to sell you is just to get your money. It is never a good idea to replace a habit with a habit, your going to have to get tough sometime and admit the a stupid 5.00 per pack habit is controlling you.

Now I deposit my cigarette money into a savings account, which automatically deducts the money from my checking account, last count is just $(Enough to buy Chevy's nicest truck with change left over) in 10 years. Maybe thats your incentive. That was 2 1/2 packs a day in money. Originally I was saving for a new pickup. Now I do not want to touch it. Now I'm a little angry that I let Phillip-Morris have all that money... Take control of your life, don't let it go up in smoke...

    Truckin<F.N.G.>Trucker and Burgs Thank this.
