    That's not very tall for 300lbs sir... if those are indeed your measures, a diet might come in handy... :)

    My former company offered to have installed some weight equipment in the truck... cause they had several drivers who were extremely fat and struggled to lose weight.. which is not very easy living in a truck for long periods of time... they also gave prizes to those that would lose the most weight per year...

    Most flatbed drivers that I see are in so much better physical shape than dry van drivers... :thumbup:

    I am the only truck driver that I know who lost 20lbs after I started trucking... dry vans... :biggrin_2552:
    During my almost 12 yrs trucking I looked like Olive Oyl...

    If I go back, I must take better care of my health while on the road... after all, I'm not getting any younger...
