Have you taken balancers off and tried that , what kind are they Centramatic.
When you bought the tires were they balanced on or off the truck.

No, truck wasn’t towed.
update: i went to the truck shop the other day he lifted up the front end and he checked literally everything and said everything is good no play in the balljoints king pins.
About the tires when the shop installed them they didn’t even took off the rim they just lift the truck and did the job with the rim on.
i got a abs sensor and tcs light yesterday that came on and then after sometime went off. I think the shaking is coming from rear drive front drive axle, when i move the shaft left and right i hear some weird knocking in the drivers side dront wheel axle. Idk if bearing can do this something. i will definetly post back when i fine the issue. it is so irritating -
I didn't see if you got a 3 axle alin. done yet?
-
to be honest i’ve never done 3 axle alignment.
-
Volvo is very sensitive for any imperfection in drive shaft/frame alignment.
The cause of said front shaking can be
Drive lines (bad u-joints, bad carrier bearing, pinions angle, faulty ride height valve, motor mounts)
Three axle alignment due to worn or damaged suspension components.
Bad tires, yes they could be bad from the factory even new Michelin. -
but the thing with the tires is that i installed new tires and it does the same thing as the old ones. i will take it to the shop to balance all the wheels and we will see

Three axle alignment needs to be done before you change steer tires. If the steer on either side wears on the edge it will shake the cab side to side. I always get an aligment done and change the steer shocks before changing the steer tires. If you have centramatics(i do as well) you will not need balancing. A good shop will also check your springs, wear pads etc for any problems. If you look on volvos maintenance schedule that they have it mentions doing a three axle alignment every 6 months, but I do one about every 9 to 12 months, it just depends. Canadian roads do beat the hell out of the front end.
86scotty Thanks this. -
I took it to the shop few days ago. My mechanic said everything was good with the front end. He said my front brakes are to tight and that cause the shaking he released them and for some time i think truck was fine and next day i think start doing it again. I took it to balance the wheel the steer brakes were tight on the wheel again and the wheel wasn’t spining freely as he adjust them. what you guys think might be something bad with the slack adjuster not backing up all the way or scam ?

Looking for any thoughts on my truck. 05 volo vnl 670 new steers , alignment just done Hendrickson airride axle. Everything is new in the front. Truck turns faster left then right. Drove like this before and after alignment it's like walking and turning left with a big step vs normal turning. I'm lost nothing is loose no play just don't know know what to do to resolve this
