All right so I'm on my way home with the trainer and on the other side of the divided highway we see a tractor pulling a flatbed that takes up both lanes. Widest trailer I've ever seen looks like it could haul a space shuttle. Chained down right in the middle is a 20ft long tank that could have easily been hauled on a single flatbed trailer. In front of him is 6x dot/state cops, behind him another 6, and sitting in the passenger seat is a guy in a suit that looks real "official".
It doesnt take a genius to realize that the cargo is EXPENSIVE, DANGEROUS, and EXPENSIVE.
What do you think he was hauling?
What was he hauling?

Probably a tank for DOD, Nuclear Reactor,or for Chemical storage . Some of those tanks are a lot heavier than they look.
-
I agree about DOD or Nuclear. Yes a single flatbed might have been able to haul the tank, but it would be very unstable. If it stopped anywhere odd are it would destroy pavement. Spreading the load out width wise might hinder that. Plus cornering would be much safer with a wider track.

So you can see a passenger and tell that he is wearing a suit from across a divided highway? Good eyes....
-
sure it wasn't rosie o'donnell in a hot tub?

Oh come on! Thanks for putting that visual in my head today....
