You can not drive after being on duty 14 hours. You can still log line 4. Does not mean 14 hours and you go to bed.

You can't use line 4 as your 10. Your 10 hr break must be on line 1 or 2 or a combination of the two if you are staying in your truck you must show at least 8 hrs sleeper berth. You can work all you want past your 14 but you will have to take a 10 hr break before driving again. I agree with NoTarps the rookie understands the rules correctly.
