Went through a little weight loss program. 20210418_152501.jpg

By measurements it should have been roughly 50 gallon capacity. Roughly 360 pounds not counting tank. Still got the pump on it. I dont have a block off plate to take it off yet.

Working on gathering up parts for the next phase of operation W900 cab rebuild. I've noticed that literally every single seam on this cab is just riveted together, no sealant or anything. I'd like to use some kind of industrial adhesive or sealant on the overlapping joints of the cab. Don't want any leaks or squeaks. Any suggestions for what to use?

Look for some panel bonding adhesive from 3m. You'll need a special gun to apply it with but that's what I'd suggest Screenshot_20210418-155452_Chrome.jpg

And when its time to do insulation in the cab, use something like Lizard Skin. One day Im going to tear out my whole interior, clean and use spray insulation, then add extra insulation on top of that in the sleeper. The floor in the cab will get a custom epoxy with the Peterbilt logo under the driver and passenger feet area.

    One day...lol.

Definitely one of the things on my list. But I've got alot to do until then.

Talked to pushbroom and he said it sounds like the old style fan control has been put on my truck. There's a normally closed haldex thermal fan switch that should turn on the fan but it's not so I've ordered one and will see if that solves the issue of it not cycling with temp or not. If not I guess I'll have to keep searching how the ecm controls it and how it's wired up and rebuild it from that.
