So I worked for Swift for nine months and during the first three months last year I got into very minor accidents not even reported no one injured just very minor damage property and one time high knocked this side mirror off backing in at a truckstop but that’s it only three incidents. Besides that driver license is sparkling clean. So I left Swift and try to apply to Martin, Crst, CR England, K&B Transportation, lagend, cheema, swift again but they will not hire me because of the three incidents that aren’t even on my record. Can someone tell me a company with accident forgiveness. Or what should I do?
Can’t find a company that will hire me after 3 incidents!

Are the accidents on your DAC report? If not, how do the companies you apply with know about them?
Where is your location; state and nearest town/city?John E., Flat Earth Trucker, slow.rider and 2 others Thank this. -
Three incidents in that amount of time is not “only”. But you should still be able to get a job at a second chance place, but likely for a low wage because of the risk you represent.
Try Western Express or Carolina Cargo. Possibly one one the 1099 outfits found in Craigslist. Others will have more suggestions. Good luck, and be super careful next go around.NavigatorWife, bentstrider83, snowlauncher and 4 others Thank this. -
Your biggest mistake was leaving Swift!!!! They kept you on after 3 INCIDENTS IN 9 MONTHS. Regardless of how "minor" they were, you cost the company money. Why did you think another company would hire you with that mess behind you. You had better beg Swift to take you back, and learn to PAY ATTENTION!

What might be messing you up is if the incidents reported were filed on insurance claims. If they run your license, they can see if claims have been filed for your "minor" damages. Swift being self insured, those incidents are probably documented....you should have stayed put
