Alrighty...got it.
Here's the schematic:
There's the binary switch you see that leads to the compressor's coil for activation. The A/C clutch relay is in the main PDM with a request from the HVAC controller, CIRC 97T:
97T then goes to the MCH PDA on firewall:
Located here-ish:
In short, it could be your HVAC controller is bad, but it is good to check/rule out all the wiring first.
A/C compressor is always on, even with key off.
