2 eggs. Runny. Country ham. Toast. Home fries.

 

My man, wear sunscreen. I was just like you when I was in my twenties. No sunscreen.
Grew up in south Florida and LIVED at the beach.

Live in AZ now. Sunny as hell.

Anyway, bout 2 yrs ago noticed a small spot on my arm.
Yeah, it was what I thought. Got it removed and all good. However, was told that my skin is very likely to get these spots again. Was informed that sunscreen mighta helped.

Current situation

 

I'm hitting that age now where I'm realizing I'm no longer bulletproof. Always good to have a reminder now and then. Thanks.

 

A good chopped/ground meat steak and eggs breakfast is one of my favorites.
