Try vitamin.B6 . Doc said it somehow heals the nerve sheaths ( Protective nerve coverings) I have sciatica that flares up from time to time and B6 really works for me. Usually takes 3 or 4 days to see improvement. Also on hometime a teeter hangup helps if you can handle getting used to feeling like your eyeballs are going to explode hanging upside down.
Back pain or issues anyone?

Adjust your seat where you won’t be straining the whole time while driving. Like if you are tall and have the seat low. Putting pressure onto your hips which will start getting uncomfortable.
Keep adjusting the seat where you won’t be putting pressure on your back, neck, shoulder, hips and legs. Set it where you’ll be comfortable reaching the pedals without needing to strain. If you need some accommodations to your truck. Go and get it to help you.Rideandrepair and GYPSY65 Thank this. -
I have multiple adjustments on the seat I have and change the settings usually throughout the day as sitting stationary even with air in the seat is not goodRideandrepair Thanks this.

I've tried it all , Surgery gave me my life back , pain and sciatica free since 2014.
Should of had it done 15 years sooner.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
There’s a surgery for sciatica?
How much was it? and after effects like time off etc?Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
I had L4-L5 disc removed, 22 yrs ago. Neurosurgeon at U of M. Small 1-2” scar, back to work 3 weeks later. After 3 months of excruciating pain down my leg, to my big toe. Dragging my foot. Should have done it sooner. Still have some nerve damage from it being pinched too long. Depends on what’s causing the pain. In my case the disc was ruptured, MRI clearly showed it was fully ruptured. Surgery took twice as long as expected. Surgeon said nerve was tangled up pretty bad. Pain went away immediately. I’ve had back trouble most of my Life. Always worked through it. Never imagined pain could ever get that bad. If they had to cut my leg off, I would have let them. Sometimes you have no choice. Area was tender for almost a year afterwards. Not bad though, compared to the sciatica I had.

I also got fused at L4 L5 S1 5 years ago. Was bone on bone, one disc gone, another bulged. Pain was very grim,,good thing doc was generous with meds leading up to surgery. I 10' tall and bulletproof since.

Yeah! I was on the Vicadin diet for 10 weeks, screwing around with Physical Therapy. Lost about 25 lbs. I’m a big believer in Physical Therapy. Strengthening muscles. Chiropractor does the same thing muscles are supposed to be doing. Sometimes when all else fails, Surgery is needed. Unfortunately once the pains gone, I stop exercising. That pain’s no joke. You feel helpless. Once you live through that, minor aches and pains seem like nothing. Couple years ago, I had what felt like severe reflux, on and off for 5 days. Turned out to be heart attacks. Had 100% widow maker blockage. Wonder I didn’t die. Lol. They did an Emergency stent. Stayed 1 day, it was virtually painless.
