Pretty much goes without saying....

This is happening everywhere. People got used to being on unemployment and drawing more than they were making at work. I'm in North Georgia and everybody has multiple jobs open and no one wants to work. If they are looking for a job, they need, dayshift only and no carpet mills and and no fast food and the boss has to kiss the employees ###....

 

worst mistakes ever made..

1) continuing unemployment payouts

2) added extra "covid" money to the above

3) no time limit to collect. most times if i recall, one can collect for 26 weeks, then MUST seek employment or re-training, for another job, or lose benefits.

when you give someone a non-stop hand out they will expect it all the time

when you put time limits and reduced monies in thier hands, and they have rent or a mortgage or car payments to make, they know the end is near and gotta get up off thier butts and go to work.

 

Most don't want to wear that ####ing mask 8 hours a day.

 

Around here, almost nobody wears one anyhow.

Just had a crew of Mexican roofers do my house 37 squares in one day. Striped down to plywood and complete clean up.

6 guys ,2 women I’ve never see a tighter crew ........no one spoke a word of English.

The American worker wouldn’t want any part of it.... I got jerked off by 2 other contractors. Roof to high, schedule to tight etc.......

 

The whole country is a joke TBH.
