Where is everyone #5

Hey everyone, long time no talky. I've been super busy trying to sort out my new truck. Just got it on the road this week. I'm stuck in Bloomington for the weekend. I thought I had everything sorted out before I left the house, but no....that was not the case...ugh. the new front pumpkin I had put in is now leaking. A total of about 500 miles on it and the pinion seal is leaking. Not bad, but leaking non the less on a $5k job......grrrr. all of my Shocks are bad and needed replacing. However, nobody has stock. I had my wife call ahead and the TA said ohh yeah no problem. However they wanted $300 dollars to install them! WTF...$300 for 30min worth of work. Screw that. I told my wife to have the gal get them and I would put them on. I gave her my Vin and told her I needed the eye on bottom and stud on top style. Yeap...no problem the gal said. So, 4 hours later I get here and goto pay for them and I open the box and they are wrong.....all 6 of them. So, I call napa. Yeap, we got them. Sweet can you deliver them? Nope....only to contact customers. Seriously, you can't deliver $750 worth of merchandise? Wtf? So I drop my trailer and drive over there. All wrong...every single one. Why didn't he just open the box and save me a trip? So, I call peterbilt and they have fronts, but only one rear. Ugh. I will be right there. So, about to go change my Shocks in the TA parking lot. Should be fun. What ever happened to customer service? Seriously! Anyhow, how is everyone else doing?

Just got back from getting supplies for a couple days at the house...

 

You know that thing in your head that says "maybe this isn't such a great idea?" Yeah I'm learning to tune that out.

Just about sent it a little too hard. Found some wild single track. Nearly vertical. Clipped the end of my grips off on a tree. At one point I was going sideways down the hill with the rear tire locked up.

After all that, back up the hill and hit it again!
