    My sentiment exactly.
If I was to ever OTR or even regional it would be solely w of the Mississippi river

OTR usually means all 48. If you want to stay west of there it would be regional.

I finally went with Great Lakes Region because I like the middle part of the country best.
My borders are generally ND to around Bismark, down through NE to MO and KS, over to OH and all the states north in that area.

East and west coasts are truly a pain in so many ways.
So are the SE states and Texas.

I’m going to add that running my clock out in 5 days makes me the happiest. I get a day off every 5 days to do laundry or get a wash/polish or whatever. That’s how I prefer to run. Silly appointment times can jack it up though.

Can anyone on here tell me about any website where I can talk to independent truckers that may want the job to move me? I'm in Missouri and the move will be mid November.

D35AYm-X4AQuclg.jpg Leave Boston haul ### to Van Nuys Ca and head to Airtel hotel for 3 days by the pool.
Triple digit new truck and trailer , load out on 3rd day then back to poolside.
    Rinse and repeat.

If you dont know, you probably dont want to know.

Also if you dont know, NEVER accept a toothpick from a livestock hauler.

Hate Red Bull. I get a box of Energy Shot from Costco and use as needed. Sometimes 1/2 a bottle will do. Otherwise, drive until I gotta go. Sometimes 500+, sometimes 700+.
Having a 1.5 cu/ft freezer with meals ready for the microwave saves time as well.

Not sure if they’re still in business but there was USHIP
Where drivers bid against each other for the load
Bad part is rates might be higher now
Worse part is you never know who you will get so if you go that route check references a d insurance
