I tell you what. If I could take my motor/trans out and put into a volvo....I would. Newish volvos are dirt cheap and I really like the interior setup. The workstation is pretty sweet. Those volvos have next to no resale value. When you are done with it you just sit it at the end of the driveway with a free sign in the window I guess.

Lol, yeah bit of a kick in the shorts.. But hey, I'm on paper books!! :D

Not sure about the fan.? After running a few hundred miles, I let her slow idle a bit & finally climbed to ~205°f. Don't know if that's hot enough to trigger the fan, but it still didn't come on by itself..

Depends on your fan I've seen them come on between 200 and 210. I've never had my fan come on its own yet. Usually my temp never gets over 200 even when climbing hills. Now, that might change here in a few months though......lol.

And better restaurants. You then realize that the overwhelming source for all that’s wrong with the trucking industry stems from the mega carriers and the mega chain truck stop.

    I know 2Lane James, I know!! :D
Just shoot'n one back at ya.. lol

But as you know, I've never run a "heavy ~75k gross" truck before. Wanted to see what it's like. Ol Buck is the only big truck I've ever drove on the super slab before, & not at any real weight..
