you need to turn in lumper receipt to get re-imbursed as well as toll receipts.

Yeah they still refuse to pay and still take the money out of your check listed as a pay advance
Dave_in_AZ and Voodoo Pyg Thank this. -
I'm not sure how to tackle this on your end, but, this is thoroughly against the law.
faux_maestro, alds, snowmantrucking101 and 3 others Thank this. -
Yeah true but when you request an efs check for a lumper fee. All they gotta do is say they never got the receipt. They denied receiving the receipt 4 times and refused to reimburse me. After they claimed it was a pay advance. I finally gave up trying to get the money back, even after i went in person and gave them a copy of the receipt, they said i took too long to give them the receipt that they couldn't reimburse me.

Perhaps coming to TTR first would have been a better first move.
jus sayin
Trucking is an ugly business. If you're not willing to do even a cursory investigation of your prospective company, why should I care if you get screwed?
WE is a notoriously garbage company. And it wouldn't take much of Google search to find that out.
I hear CR England is hiring. Look 'em up.slick14, JolliRoger, 48Packard and 7 others Thank this. -
Western Express is not a good company so to speak, but they have at least helped a lot of felons return to the work force.

Yeah well western was my first company to drive for was with them for 3 months 1 month with a trainer and 2 months solo once i was on my own i literally spent more time in the shop than i did on the road a lot of it was mechanics not wanting to do their job i had my truck in their shop 4 times in 3 days for the exact same thing the eas system was ####ing up and my truck would go dead in the water every 5 to 10 minutes and each time they had it in the shop not once did they open the hood to see what was wrong because if they would have they would have noticed my windshield wiper fluid reservoir was completely i had left it empty for that reason cuz any mechanic would check fluids and top them off if they looked under the hood
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
Nah i aint going to cr either im with a great company now started out at .43cpm got a brand new freightliner cascadia im staying with this company til they fire me or im too old to drive
Dave_in_AZ and austinmike Thank this. -
One should be satisfied with their work environment but how can you justify the phrase "great company" when their all high 5ing in the back office after snagging you for 43cpm in 2021?
My local outfit got rid of the previous HR staff & just raised starting pay $3hr to $28hr to try & find good drivers.. They also started a safety bonus of $500 a month paid quarterly . That means in 1yr I received $5hr in raises because all current drivers received the higher rate also.
I just got an e-mail from Trilluim who hires temps to hire for driving & their paying $25-$30 an hr & can't find qualified drivers either. I'm glad you like your company, but paying 43cpm in 2021 is disrespectful even coming strait from a school IMO.snowlauncher Thanks this.
