Good place to work and paid well as long as you don't mind having a in cab camera .I worked there back in the 70's -80's and the most of the guys I worked with then are still with them or retired at Erb.
Phantom Trucker Thanks this. -
I heard the same. Good outfit but they've implemented driver facing cameras. Created their own shortage with that move.
They'd be one of your best bets out of Winnipeg if you could get drivers that'll accept a camera on them all day.BigHossVolvo Thanks this. -
2000mi/week, driver facing camera's, long waits, $600/mo mandatory personal insurance and benefits (single O/O), lots of promises, doesn't seem like the same outfit it was 2 years ago.

Again, I contracted to them all, drove company for Bison and was leased onto a Mullen company, over specialized = failure. If I would have continued to do ABL for Bison, SLH and Mullen, I would have been ok, but I threw my chips in with IHaul and lost.AModelCat Thanks this. -

Krown Produce and Loblaws aren't GOOD produce contracts, they're steady, but I wouldn't call them good.
Its like I said above, all the shipper's/receivers are squeezing the ####ing life out of reefer companies, and they will soon be in for a shock, when the #### is left rotting on the dock. -

Old trainer works there. OTR LTL USA/CAN, many miles and takes home 2500/net bi weekly. Doesn't sound too bad but i wouldn't want to do OTR. I would work local for ERB instead...
