Another stupid apu problem..

    Got a carrier comfort pro and recently it keeps tripping the HVAC breaker. Sometimes it runs fines other times it will keep tripping it.. any ideas? I'm literally about to burn it down and collect the insurance money on it lol

    I know nothing about the carrier apu. If you get thru Springfield mo there’s a place called dale’s apu sales. They claim to do free diagnostic

    Just a hunch but check for rubbed isolation on wires. Especially around the compressor. Could be the compressor is on its way out the door and shorting to ground like a regular house hvac system.
