I found a nice looking Mack CH613 day cab with the Mack 427 and an 18spd in it. It has the 3rd pusher axle. Does any one have an idea how well that truck might run with up to 132,000lbs on 7 axles? I didn't see any info for the differentials I know that can make a difference too. I've always thought the CH613 makes a half way decent looking heavy haul truck but I'm shy on the 427hp. I'm used to pulling 7 axles on a C15 625.

Edit I also just found a tandem axle same engine but with a 10 speed. That would get me 120,000lbs on 6 axles. That seems ok. Again. A bit shy I'm used to running 120,000 on 6 with a cummins 500

Won't be a powerhouse but will get the job done. What year? Injectors and a turbo will bring it to life. If it's an E-tech the 427 is the one you want. Much better tq curve than the 460
What rears? Mack? -
The 4 axle version is a 2007. Not sure about the rears, the listing doesn't say. But I do know it is the Mack 427. Exactly which engine isn't specified either. And yes it is a Mack

Outta there minds with that asking price. I'd steer clear. Those egr E-7s were trouble.

Got it. I drove one similar to that in past years, it had a steerable drop axle, not like this one with the full size duals and I don't recall ever having any issues out of it. I think at one time the hose did come off the turbo, but seems to me like that can happen to any truck. That doesn't seem like a Mack specific issue

That’s way too much money for it .
