I just bought a 2016 5700xe and the power door locks aren't working on it. I checked the fuse and it's fine. Any idea where I should look next? I didn't see a relay listed for them.
I do have keyless entry on it also, although it's not working either.
Thanks

Your truck is spec'd with the keyless entry module. There is a 15 amp circuit breaker that controls this.
PDM#1 has the B10 circuit which is F5.
Here is the location of the PDM#1 (this is the dash mirrored ((looking at it the other way)))
The keyless entry Module is located on the backside of PDM#1...ish.
So...there could be multiple things.
1. The UNLOCK and LOCK signal could not be getting to the module (which is a pass through i think).
2. The module could not be getting power and/or ground
3. The switch could be faulty.
If you are still unsure and unable to fix...you might need to take your truck to a certified WST dealer.CousinVinny Thanks this. -
Thanks for those diagrams. I'll break out my multimeter and see what is going on.
Thanks! -
I have a 2019 5700xe and had the same problem, WS replaced Door lock actuator.
Also had to have the window regulators replaced -
How do you get access to that part of the dash? I'm trying to locate the 443 power programming wire. I can see the Keyless entry module behind the smaller fuse panel but cannot figure out how to get to it. And I can't fix that wire anywhere. HG7742
