1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

The problem is, he isn't going to court. He simply refutting his DAC. Which he has the right to ask the company that posted the comments, to provide the evidence or retract the statement.

What are they gonna do? Show his signature on the ticket ???

    Helloooooooo

Yep I agree..Some drivers will draft you like a Nascar race through that zone. You're doing your best to be professional..I hate when a truck is soo close, you can't even see his headlights..Had an Ozark doing this to me on I-76 in Pa lastweek..Then he swings out to pass like he's in such a hurry..Only to have his doors blown off and be left in the distance once we got out of the 55 zone..But as for the "speedingtickets" wow thats tough..Barney Fife no longer sits in a cruiser..

67? My orange Schneider truck pulls my tanker down the road at a blistering 63mph! I'd love to have a 67 mph truck.

You were doing a local run, right? Most local runs are paid by the hour. I know when I was a local man with a major LTL carrier, I was paid by the hour and do you think I would even think about speeding?? Any local man, paid by the hour, who gets 3 speeding tickets should be fired.

    What about the log book?
All they will have to do is produce the log book copies,if they really want to push the issue.

Did you ever consider slowing down, if you got 3 tickets in a week...you speed every day everywhere you go...but I feel for you...I got fired because I wouldn't speed, I worked for a company that paid by the hour, I ran 60-62 and if you don't run 65-70 in a 55 you just didn't last. Good luck
