Oh that burns my rear! Sure as heck not from heat.

 

My bestest friend ever is an old man I think he's 75 now. I get daily updates on aging LOL. Known him 15 years or so and try to take some of his words of wisdom. I quit smoking, I don't hang out with bikers who snort gunpowder and Jack, and I try to be easy on my knees and spine.
But middle age fat is one I didn't expect to fight with since I've never had a normal American diet and never been fat... Ugh.

Round here they just rent it out to the potato farmers. That takes care of the rocks for a few years anyway.

Just so we are clear, I'm not making fun or you. I'm a firm believer that technology, and money does NOT solve every issue.
