One more for coconut butter... When I was in construction handling wood all the time, and being outside my hands never were dry or crakced, the guys hands just looked painful. So finally I got each of them a little jar of coconut butter and it helped, then they got their own.

Now if that is just too femme for you, I have heard some say utter balm works.
